Relaxation Massage
-This is a Swedish massage focusing on relaxing mind and body, and reducing tension in muscles just beneath the skin. Swedish Massage techniques emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation. If you are wanting deeper pressure or to focus on pain relief or any other specific issue, the custom therapeutic massage is what you are looking for. Relaxation massage only focuses on the superficial muscles of the body, not deeper muscles that may be the cause of your particular issue.
- Light to medium pressure
- With 30 minute massage, we will focus on only one or two areas. With 60-90 minutes, we can do full body with extra time to any areas of concern.
Custom Therapeutic Massage
- This massage incorporates a variety of modalities including Swedish techniques, Deep Tissue techniques and stretching in order to treat your problem areas and promote healing.

Pregnancy Massage
- Prenatal massage is for expecting mothers looking to relax, relieve pain and improve sleep. This massage is performed with the client lying comfortably on their side with a pillow under head and between knees.
-I accept prenatal clients at any stage in their pregnancy. However, if you are high-risk of miscarriage, massage is contraindicated and not safe. I do not wish to put my client or their child at risk. Feel free to call or message me with questions.

Hot stone add-on
Add hot stones to any massage.
(Prenatal not included)
Sugar Scrub Add-On
Add a sugar scrub back exfoliation to any massage. You may add an essential oil of your choosing.
(Pregnancy massage excluded)
Body Polish
Full body exfoliating using sugar scrub. You may add essential oils of your choice. I exfoliate the back, arms, legs and feet. Then use warm towels to wipe away scrub, then moisturize with oil or lotion.

Reflexology
Reflexology is massage of the feet/hands to stimulate the various parts of the body through subtle energy reflexes to promote health and wellbeing. Every part of the human body (including organs, organ systems, muscles, bones, nerves) is mapped into your feet. Research has found reflexology to reduce stress, impact specific organs, help with headaches/migraines, reduce pain, increase circulation in feet, and break up uric acid and calcium deposits in feet.
With 30 minutes I will only work the feet. With 60 minutes I can either work only the feet, or also work the hands and scalp.
